Admissions Process

The Admissions Process

The admissions review process at Jacksonville Country Day School carefully considers each applicant’s strengths and ability to thrive in our community. Our objective is to ensure students are best placed for success and to provide them with a learning environment where they will develop and grow.

The admissions process includes the completion of an application online, a campus tour for the parents, and a school visit with an on-campus assessment for the student.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are due by January 31, 2025. Applications received after January 31 will be considered on a rolling basis, space permitting.

We encourage families to allow sufficient time to schedule tours and assessments before our application deadline in January.  We will happily accept applications and review candidates throughout the year on a space-available basis after our first round of decisions in late February.
