Extended Care

Jacksonville Country Day School offers before and after school Extended Care for all students. The Extended Care program is a convenience for parents of registered students. As an extension of the regular school day, our program seeks to provide care that will compliment and support the mission of one of the top private elementary schools in Jacksonville, FL.

One of the primary goals of the program is to provide safe, quality care before and after the regular school hours. To accomplish this, carefully crafted schedules have been created for each individual age group and provide the best supervision and safety for your child. The Extended Care program includes daily homework time, physical and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and a daily snack.

Rates

For the 2025-2026 school year:

Monday - Friday

August 13, 2025 - May 22, 2026

Morning Care:
7:15 - 8:05 a.m. $10 per day or included in the annual option

Afternoon Care options:

Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4

Annual option: 1:30 - 3:05 p.m. $215/month ($1,935 annually)

Annual option: 1:30 - 6:00 p.m. $305/month ($2,745 annually)

Occasional Usage: $10.00 per hour for any portion of the hour

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Annual option: 3:05 - 6:00 p.m. $265/month ($2,385 annually)

Occasional Usage: $10.00 per hour for any portion of the hour
